I am a street photographer from Germany, near France and Luxembourg. When I am not photographing on the streets, I work as a (photography) lecturer.

I like the atmosphere evoked, and then, I found this one in another grouping & like it for the same sort've reasons (maybe I'm feeling the weather today which is this sort of hazy light, no blue sky, so this pair suits my mood):

Don't let H.A. fool you -- no one else has added photos to the current Salon becaue he's scared them all away. (Great photo & apt for the cause/theme, Harve). Actually I was tossing up two possible candidates of my own (I don't frighten that easily), but am having a senile moment.

I think I might have entered one or the other in a previous Salon, but can't remember which or both?!

My memory of Salon's past is getting pretty abysmal.

(are you watching, John?) It has an echoic gaze/person/photo - gaze/person/photo quality I thought may appeal to Matturi, suggesting a post-modern abyss of infinitely recursive appropriation.
